Welcome to the Gnomecast, the Gnome Stew’s tabletop gaming advice podcast. Here we talk with the other gnomes about gaming things to avoid becoming part of the stew. So I guess we’d better be good. Today we have Ang and myself, Chris. Today the topic at hand is Six Narrative Game Tips. I hope you enjoy and let us know your narrative game tips and your traditional game tips too.
I think these are great ideas, and just wanted to say that I think people would do well to consider using most or all of these suggestions for more traditional games, too! I was really interested hear this because I just got to play my first narrative game (Follow) over the weekend, and I’m very interested in that sort of game. But most of the tips here were things my friends and I have been doing in more traditional games for decades with great results.
(Forgive me if you already suggested this in the podcast.)
