Looks like MD will put that disappointment on a whole new level? At the moment I simply don’t have enough time to play, but I’m planning to give MD a spin when the holiday season is coming up. And I still haven’t played the Witcher 3 either. I’m so far behind…

I’m nearly certain it was in reference to one of the Arkham games, particularly Batman’s aversion to killing.

Nice work Richard and Corey.

For the life of me, I can’t remember the original context of The Tim Spaeth Rule (killing is more fun than not killing). I remember saying it though, which makes this very frustrating for me. Certainly I’ve enjoyed stealth games, MGSV most recently. Maybe it was one of the Fallouts? Dunno. Maybe a superfan can come up with it. Do we have superfans?

Corey: 20+ completions of Human Revoloosh? That’s like a 20 hour game, isn’t it? Think of all the World of Warcraft you could have been playing instead.

I’ll take a mini-sode, then nothing at all.

I tried playing mankind divided on PS4 but so many things in it made me, delay, playing the game. I’ll play it on PC in about a year or so. Or later.

The early combat similarity of how familiar it was too human Revolution put me off a bit. Splinter cell blacklist combat quality, this game is not. Improved from HR but I’ll give it a chance to grow on me later

The audio engineering mix overall was really poor. Gun sounds, environmental sounds and ambience, enemy voices etc, were all at a very low quality level. Music was good though.
Lip sync problems too.

Really terrible voice acting.
Jensens voice acting, and gruff boredom, is a real turn off. For eg, At the very end of the opening credits sequence, Jensen says and what should be emotional statement of his personal strong commitment to his goals, ” I won’t let it happen again”, in such a disinterested monotone, he wasn’t convincing anyone playing the game, let alone himself.

And the first illuminati meeting straight after that intro credits, had all five or so “actors”, putting in really bad acting performances. Come the hell on already, this game has been five years in the making, and the bad guys have been already set up in their first introduction so poorly ? That for me was unforgivable.

Human revolutions directors cut is what got me through finishing that game. And it looks like I won’t mind waiting till mankind divided’s directors cut to do the same.
